Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or replacement. No returns are accepted on electrical parts or parts that have been exposed to fuel.

How to return:
If you need to return an item, you must first acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through InStockShipsToday.com by logging into your account or contacting our Customer Service Department at 786-592-2094  (Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm EST). In order to enable efficient and timely processing of returns, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the part to us for a refund. Once we receive and process your return, we will apply a refund.

IMPORTANT: Any eligible product returned must be new, unused, complete, and associated with a valid RMA number. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Refunds: 
According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned to the card of record on the original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be credited (expired, stolen, or lost card etc.) please let us know and a company check will be sent to the purchaser. NOTE: The company check process can delay the refund and is only available in cases where the credit card on record cannot be credited.
